Reader's Digest Version

1. Remove the bolt on the center rail (under the front
of the seat).

2. Remove the plastic track guides that fo along the
two outer "tracks" (if they are still there).

3. Lift the seat adjust lever (not the height one) and
push the seat back until it slides off the outer
tracks. At this point the center rail should be off
the center bracket too.

4. lift & remove.
