Check the main axle nut, tighten as ness.  The pulling and turning
trouble sounds like my own trouble with a loose nut (not the one behind
the steering wheel.) 

Also, try swapping the wheels front to back to see if the high speed
shake changes. Could be a good alignment but an oval(ed) rim.
