Any listers in Vancouver area?

I am looking at a car that is located in Richmond which I understand is just 
outside Vancouver. Since Im in Delaware it's a bit tought to take close up 
look at the car. Any listers available to take a look at a car for me? I'd 
greatly appreciate and would owe you big time.
