   I'm about to find this out for MD., seems a Fox owner rear-ended someone 
and left his car at the gas station it happened in front of. A few days 
later, an employee there tells me, the PO came by to try and get it mobile 
and instead took the plates. The gas station owner has since; broken both 
passenger side windows, the windshield, released the p-break and pushed it 
into the weeds on his lot as best he could. 
  Now, if it's easy and cheap (in MD, HA!!), I'll get it for the 1.8L for my 
'rocco, and a friend wants some parts for his Fox, otherwise, nah.
