RE: sunroof issues

Definitely NOT stationary, I can push it into the car, up out of the car,
etc.  I'm thinking of tacking it in place as it's intended purpose is to
build a hillclimb car, but I'm not sure if $ is going to allow it this year
or not.

is it stationary? ie. did somebody tack weld it in place. or when you look
up in the front is there a little gear int he 1/2 hole down the centerline
of the car between the windshield and the sunroof...
