brake caliper allen bolt

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this striped allen bolt off.  I 
just purchased this 8v and I don't know what the lat owner was thinking.  
Every single bolt even the lug bolts where tightened way way to tight. I 
striped the front brake caliper bolt and now I'm out of ideas of how to get 
the damn thing off.  Any ideas
