Euro Sidemarkers ?

Im going to install some clear euro sidemarkers and i wanted to get some 
opions from some of you who already installed them. I was wondering where i 
could get a good/cool looking marker. Also
whats the best place to put them? Below the molding strip or above?
I cant figure out what looks better. Ive seen a few pictures but im 
undecided. thanks
