You're very MK1 centric!  That PS Reservior is on the MK2 Sciroccos.  At 
least it's on my '88.  I think I've seen that in 8V MK2's also.  I'm 90% 
sure that every MK2 (W/PS) after '85 has this PS reservoir.  I can't speak 
for sure of the 82-84.5 MK2's.
