[tech][ac] What's the best way unclog the ac drain hose?

I took a lengthy road trip today with the ac on all day and now I have a 
mini puddle in the passenger's foot area. I know how to access the drain 
hose, but what's the best way to unclog it? I've tried pipe cleaners but 
these do not do go down too deep (because of bends?) Would something like 
Liquid PlumR work or maybe compressed air??
