84 VW scirocco motors

I am thinking about swapping my 1.8 8v motor with either a 1.8 16V or a
2.0 16v.  I know a guy with a 2.0 16v complete motor he is selling for a
good price and I wanted to know what's the stock horsepower the 2.0 16v
has at the wheels and at the crank?  And if I swap the 2.0 16v what mods
do i have to do to the car for the motor to fit?  I'm a newbie at
swapping motors.  Plus I'm thinking about turbo charging either motor i
swap. Please can someone e-mail me back with the information in parts and
equipment i will need to do the swap.
