clackety clack clack?

...coming from my transmission.  When I put the exhaust cam as intake in, it 
started making this noise from the transmission.  I know it's from the 
transmission because when I put the clutch in it goes away.  Input shaft 
bearing?  Is this something I need to be concerned with?

Transmission has not even 10k miles on it from rebuild, and has plenty of 
redline MTL in it.

suggestions?
