Air stabilizer valve Question.. 16v

    How can I tell if the air stabilizer valve is working 100%?  If I unplug
it, the car runs a little bit faster and is a little less shaky. Idle speed
only goes up by 100rpm when I unplug it.

    I cleaned the stabilizer out with carb cleaner 2 months ago so it is
clean.
