DPR ohms reading is big-o

the resistance on the DPR on my 88 16v is reading dead
zero.  we're talking big, fucking wide open hole.  Im
assuming this may be causing my problem with the low
power, running like shit when cold, stalling out at
idle when cold, running rich, etc.  Or would this do
sojmething completely diferent than my symptoms?
