[tech]: tranny oil compatability?

in my stock 16v tranny (020? or whatever) i have redline (whichever is the 
right one for this tranny :) i need to top it off with some pep boys type 
gear oil. any suggestions? i noticed that they have a couple of synthetics, 
but they are all multi-grade. which grade/type is compatible w/ my redline?
