advice on ticket

just remember, the cop and judge are friends.  trying to convince the judge 
that the cop lied is not easy.  trust me on this.  your best bet is to hire 
a local attorney or go to the public defender the night of your court 
appearance(play lets make a deal).  15 over isnt a bad ticket, you can just 
pay the fine and deal with it unless it was in jersey you might lose your 
insurance policy(haha).
