blinker help

hey guys

put my euro lights in about a month ago.  followed the scirocco org tech and 
everything turned out beautifully.
 just recently though, my blinkers have been getting "worse", that is they 
blink quickly (only when the euros are on) in the front and in the back it 
looks kinda like dirks page....a blinker circus. to make matters worse, the 
blinkers stop blinking all together when the brake is applied (parking lights 
are on).  gotta go to work and it's 11.
the police-filled ride home should be a joy.  already grabbed a new relay out 
of the audi5kturbo shitbox in my driveway (anybody want to buy a turbo 
system..make offers) and popped it in...same thing happens...so i'm assuming 
that area is covered.
the connections on the lights seem okay....blinkers are fine as well.  
any suggestions.
any and all help would be appreciated
