Are you sure about that, I went out to measure mine And I got 9 1/2" both 
front and rear.  I wouldn't really go by the distance of the fender from the 
ground anyway.  I would measure the distance between the top of the wheel to 
the wheel well.  I get 3 1/4" in front and 2 inch in rear.  Yeah I know the 
ass it sagging a bit.
