upper stress bar:

does anybody have an upper front strut tie-bar that they don't need?  i want
one for my 88 16v, and the cheapest one that i can find is $99, and with
haveing to save for school now, i need to find parts for my car cheap.  if
anybody has one or knows where i can get one cheaper, please let me know.
