Couple more Sciroccos. Engine question (JH).

Well, this summer I got myself 2 more Sciroccos.  The first one I got is a 
black '84 (late 83).  It has the 1.8 JH in it.  The next one is a white '88 
16v w/o an engine.  I got it for free...towed it from Minnesota with my 
brother's VW truck.  The body is in good condition.  I was going to use it 
as a parts car (body kit), but when I saw it, I figured I'd fix it up 
instead.  It has the passenger side tray too...so that's a plus. :)

As for my engine question, I was just wondering what would have to be done 
to an engine (JH) in order to safely move the redline up to 7 grand?
