I reread the original post and noticed something I had missed before.

The question was on connecting rods bolts.  YES, you must replace ALL
connecting rod bolts with NEW bolts.  OEM or ARP - your choice.

I had misread and erroneously commented on main bearing cap bolts.
Duhhhh......
