Its probably the wrong size blade my 16V has bigger ones then my 82...maybe

I recently installed a mono wiper setup from a '82 Scirocco in my 16v. In
order for it to wipe the whole windshield, it must rest about 3-5 inches up
on the windshield. Is there any way I can get it to wipe the whole
windshield and lay flat on the passenger side? TIA!
