trim and emblems

How do I get the black plastic trim piece on the front of the rear fender to
stay back down like it is suppose to?  Anyone know where I can get the
"retainers" or whatever it is that I need to fix it?  That and I had to use
rubber grommets to put the Scirocco emblem back on but I would like to do
that the right way also.  And the trim is peeled a little away from the edge
of the door right under the door handle,,,,double sided tape?

I'll rig it up somehow but I thought you guys have probably already been
through it.
