I am assuming you are actually talking about the oil temp gauge cause the 
coolant temp gauge does not have any numbers. I can't really say when the fan 
kicks on but I rarely see temps above 110c's with the A/C on,  normal temps 
are 105celts, so wait if I don't see temps above 110 maybe that means that is 
when the fan comes on. hope I helped any.  Later
