40mm intakes

I am working on a daily driver 2.0 for the winter.  At
least I'll have something(quick) drive while I search
for a nice MKI.  All of you who have ported & polished
40mm intakes,  where did you get them done & what did
they charge?  I thought about doing it myself with a
dremil, but am afraid that I'll do more damage than
good with uneven flow and different textures in the
runners.  Any ideas????

Aslo I am looking for a 2.0 block.... or at least
crank and pistons.  I have a 1.8 block I could put it
in.
