Upshift/Reverse light switch

My reverse lights and the upshift light died so I
replaced the reverse/upshift lights switch. Fixed the
problem, passed inspection last month (sept 21) with
flying colors. Problem is, now the reverse lights and
the upshift light don't come on anymore. What the...?
I don't really care about the upshift light, but I
kinda like my reverse lights. Anyone got any ideas?
