Fuse problem need help !

    Damn fuse! OK out of nowhere my car is starting to eat up the number 8 
fuse. Thats the one for the right side lights and tail lights. No real big 
deal cause the brake lights still work just fine. So I'm not to worried of 
getting hit when breaking and the signals work so people can see me change 
lanes. Just the car looks like a gimp with only half the parking and city 
lights working.

    Now other then splicing a set of city lights to the blinker, the wiring 
has been left alone. The city lights have been in for a good 3 or 4 years 
now. Now out of nowhere the fuse started popping! Now where and what should I 
look for that can cause the fuse to pop? Could I use a 15 amp Vs the 10 amp 
without frying my fuse box?

Why me? Why do I get all the stupid problems?
