springs advice

Welp.. Springs.... what kind of springs should i get to lower my car a bit..
right now i have bilsteins all around. don't know what kind of bilsteins
though. and from what i heard from chris, is that they are Suspension
Techniques. I was told that they were lowering springs but the bilsteins
didn't like it.. What's a good distance to lower it? hahaha.. People told me
to cut the springs.. i laughed at them.. i was like.. well.. when i need to
change my tires, i don't want to be realigning the springs back on it.. plus
the spring ain't designed to be cut. anyways.. any suggestions? where to
get? price?

Man.. seems like i'm doing a bunch of stuff to this thing now... looking for
this.. looking for that.. solving this problem.. that problem.. heh. now i'm
kinda after at making it look better and handle better. Stress bars? is
there a differance in the Lower bar. i've seen 16v's with like 4 points on
it and other with 2 points.
ok.. enough of me babbling for now.. one thing at a time..
