non-roc: how to get all messages?

i use a hotmail address for the list, but unless i individually add each 
person's address the junkmail filter gets it.  there doesn't seem to be a 
way to filter based on the "To:" address, which is the only way i can think 
of. i get most messages now, but not from infrequent posters. any 
suggestions? i don't want to turn off the junk filter, cuz i get tons of 
spam, and i don't want to get a new email address. tia,
