Powerless!

Can someone explain to me, why my car don't have any power after 3000rpm? I
just replaced the head with a rebuilt one and there are some major oil leaks
coming somewhere from the head.

The motor is an 8V JH which has good compression in all four cylinders:
160, 160, 170 and 170.

It's idling at about 1200rpm, and the fuel mixture is set at 45%.

The motor prior to the swap ran fine.  It pulled awesome.  Any ideas?
