speedometer

hey guys

another little annoying one happened yesterday.  speedo locked up over 140 
mph and refused to come down.  (no...we all know i was not going that 
fast....more like 60 at the time!).  also i can get it to scroll back to zero 
but only in reverse when i try forwards again it rockets all the way back up. 
what do you think:  time for a *third* cluster or just a bad speedo cable? no 
grinding noises and the rest of the cluster works fine.

help!
