Bumper Inserts - My last chance

ok i've asked before, and several people who responded to me I must have
lost emails or something, so if you can help me out again, I'd appreciate
it.

I still need the steel inserts that connect my bumper to my car. (for the
rear bumper).  My bumper is sitting WAY to far out right now and i'm gather
rust.  Please help a fellow 'roc'er out :-)  Besides, it looks stupid!

the history is: previous owner had a uhaul hitch put on, and they welded
emergency chain hookups to the inserts.  i've tried to grind them off, but
cant get them all the way off, so my inserts wont go into the car all the
way.
