Thanks for everyones input on this. I finally got them
removed when my girlfriends dad came over to help me and brought his air
compressor. combination of air ratchet and air chisel removed all the
bolts. We had a few other problems with the tranny, but I think I've got
all those worked out, so i should be able to get the 9A tranny in tommorrow
morning
When I turn one driveshaft, shaft on the other side of
the car should turn a) same way or b) opposite way??? I suspect it should
be the same way, but in my old car (RWD) the drive wheels turned opposite.
I only ask this because the tranny I'm taking out turns opposite directions
and the tranny I'm putting in turns the same direction.
