If you're going beyond the stock 55/60 W H4s and have just one relay per 
side, I'd recommend a 40A fuse for the relay.  I've found them at MCM or 
Part Connection in the common plastic size.  Do the math.

FYI, not to start any rice thread again, but Summit Racing latest rice 
catalog had LED 1156 and 1157 conversion for ~$9@, FWIW.
