Jay,
I checked the part # that Peter gave me and it was superseded by the H part 
#. Mine is a "H" which means that it is a "G" grind cam. I even check the EG 
motor which is the original GTI motor and it has the "H" part #. The one in 
my 1.7 is an "N" part #.
