Also, any ideas on getting a potentially hard-to-remove piston out of a
caliper?  We tried putting both calipers back on the car and using brake
pressure to pop the pistons.  Got one almost all the way out and removed
that by hand.  The other, however, is only about 50% of the way out and will
not come out.  We have thought about rebuilding the one caliper and putting
it back on the vehicle with the pads/rotor, then putting the stuck caliper
back on the other side and applying pressure again.  Best I can tell that
leaves the non-rebuilt side as a weak point for pressure.

Thoughts?
