If you are leaking oil from the top of the cooler then you just need an 
o-ring. I think they are about 3$ from the stealership. Very easy to do. 
remove oil filter, remove 27mm nut on oil cooler, remove coolant hoses, 
remove old o-ring. installation is reverse of removal. HTH
