RE: Abandoned
There are plastic clips that fit on the rails of the seat. They are made of
teflon I believe and can be replaced very cheaply.
Good luck

Seems like the majority of Scirocco owners are east/west coasts? I'm
originally from Maryland and am used to seeing lots of older VW's and 'rocs,
now in St. Louis I think I've seen 3 (including mine, hehe)
ah well, at least our gas prices are reasonable.

ps - still looking for rear bumper inserts
pss - and two new front seats :-)
i guess i'll ask this now - my seats are worn, no surprise. But both the
seats "rock" in the tracks, like they are loose, but I worked on them this
weekend and saw no way to tighten them down. Do the tracks get bent over
time? Is this a common thing?
