non-a/c conversion

so while i already have all my belts off, i figure i might as well convert my car to non-a/c...the a/c doesn't work anyway, so i might as well get rid of the dead weight...

here's my two questions:

1) i know i'm going to need a non-a/c bracket...does anyone have one they would be willing to sell me?  

2) can i just go ahead and take out the compressor and yank all the lines out...or is it not that simple?
