The ur-quattro was based on the early 80's audi coupe and, externally, 
looked quite similar, except for wheel arch flares, bigger wheels and some 
other external detailing.
The sport quattro was the homologation version and was significantly 
different - shorter wheelbase, kevlar panels, all aluminium version of the 
5-cyl engine, etc. There's a company in England, Dialynx, who will take you 
ur-quattro and turn it into a sport-quattro lookalike, complete with engine 
upgrade, etc.
The S1 was an even more extreme version of the sport quattro.
The S2 was based on the '92 coupe and is more or less the successor to the 
ur-quattro.
