piece info wanted

  on my '85 i'm in need of a new piece of metal. it is the one below the
windshield and above the hood. i'm thinking the windshield will have to
come out but am willing to entertain any suggestions. will definitely be
and interesting project, nonetheless. oh, and if you want to know why it
needs replaced, it's because the hood flew up at some point on the p.o.
