You will need AT LEAST:

a 16v engine
a wiring harness (CIS-E or MOTRONIC)
the corresponding brain
a 16v fuel distribution unit (corresponding to the wiring harness)
Scirocco 16v fuel lines
Scirocco 16v upper plenum (w/t-body)
Scirocco 16v exhaust manifold (+ a dual inlet down pipe)
16v distributor (& wires obviously)
Scirocco 16v air boot

I'm probably leaving something out, but I have EVERYTHING above plus the
trans (AGB), a spare 1.8 liter block, axles, alternator, starter (not
sure of the condition), and a K&N filter for $600.00 for or through
listers. The downpipe is an old style TT with a high flow cat and was
installed (with a new oil pump and clutch) less than 3500 miles ago with
the axles. DAMN what a deal!

PS. Even if I can't interest you in MY stuff, I would take the head, that
you said you could purchase for low $, to a shop and have it checked out
before buying it. It would be a big waste of your cash to end up with a
lump of warped aluminum with a set of stock(?) cams in it.
