Hi,

Yes this was a real problem with the earlier cars.  I had one of my brake
lines blow.  Oh look there's Brake Fluid running through the holes in the
floor board. Oh My!.  Don't expect the Dual system to save you.
Fortunately I was moving slow and the emergency brake worked over time.
When the line broke that peddle went right to the floor.  I destroyed the
line on the other side on a rust removal expedition.  A really stupid
design flaw.

There was a recall?
