Urgent help needed
Hey guys, well after working throughout the evening installing the tranny
(its now ten to eight am, and I haven't slept yet), I find that when I
finish everything my god damned clutch cable it pooched. So anyway, I'm
supposed to be at the track right now, but since I have no working clutch,
I'm just sitting here waiting for the damn stealership to open. So, does
anybody know any ways to fix a self adjusting clutch cable? When I push the
clutch in there is no resistance at all, and the cable (around the adjusting
area) is making a kinda ratcheting sound. Any tips, even temporary?
And assuming its a lost cause, any thing I can be wary of when puting the
new cable in?? Anything at all you think will help is appreciated, since I
need to get to the track asap.
Thanks mucho,
Owen
