a free more q's on tranny removal

Hey guys, we'll i'm having a hell of a time getting the damn tranny out the
bottom of the car.  i've loosened everything off, the motor is as far
towards the passenger side as possible, and it just won't come out.  i have
maybe an inch or so gap inbetween the tranny case and the motor now, but it
just doesn't want to budge.  Anybody have any tips?  Its definitely a two
person job it seems.
