electric rocco

today when i was gettin gas, there was a mk2 scirocco with vermont tags on
it on the back of a trailer......and the car was electrically
powered......had a huge solar panel on the top of the
car......unfortunately i didnt get to talk to the group of guys who were
with the car (i know, total dumbass move).....it was from Vermont Tech
from what i could tell......had a green and white "cow print" paint job
(wish i had my camera.....).....

anyone know about this car?....
