I'm guessing this may be the case, as my "new" Audi oil temp gauge seems to
consistently read higher than my old one by at least 10 C, even though my
coolant temp gauge is the same as always (needle over the light...a little
higher on hot days w/ AC).

Will the Audi oil temp sensor fit the 16v? I'm not even sure where the
sensor is on the engine...
