PROBLEMS

ok here's the deal. my 16v has had a slight hesitation the last few weeks. so 
2 days ago i replaced the cap, rotor and spark plugs hoping to alleviate the 
problem. the car seemed to fun fine for a day. now the problem has reappeared 
only about 10x worse. at first i thought it may have been starvation of fuel 
because the first time it hesitated was around a long sweeping curve. so i 
put in more fuel and nothing. another symptom is that the fuel pump relay is 
clicking over very fast instead of the normal on/off opperation.  i replaced 
the in tank transfer pump. nothing. i am hoping htat perhaps it may be the 
main pump. any ideas anyone?
