Steering column noise

	A little while ago I replaced my dash and in the process I removed the
4 bolts that hold the steering column up. I would have just taken the
wheel off but I don't have a big enough socket for it. When I was done
with the dash I put them back on and tightened them as much as I could.
But now when I drive there is a rattling noise coming from the wheel. I
checked the bolts and they are all tight (I even stripped one or two of
them a little bit). Also, when I push up on the wheel the noise goes
away. This is what makes me think that something is still loose. Any
ideas on what I can do?
