If you're talking about a regular CIS-E Scirocco
16V, the is a "Fuel Enrichment Module" on the market from Tectonics Tuning for
about $100. Someone else markets one, but I forget who.
It is not a chip, although they'd like you to
believe it's more then just a relay in a box. You just plug the thing in and it
enriches your fuel when your car is at full throttle and at 5000 rpms or more.
If I remember correctly, it does this by fooling the electronics to think your
engine is cooler then it really is, so it adds more fuel.
