Well, it could be like 8 million things. Check the little switch in the
lower left hand corner (as you're sitting in the car) of the radiator
first. It's got three prongs and it's what turns the fan on. One wire into
the switch is constant power - make sure that's true (with the key on).
Then that constant power terminal should be connected to one of the other
terminals when the rad is above a certain temp. Then the third wire should
be connected to the power when the rad is really hot (high speed fan).
Run power straight to the fan and make sure it works. Then check
all the wiring. Of course, if you only have a one-speed fan, then your
switch will only have two wires, but whatever.
